Founded in 2018 by celebrity Chef Javi Maggiolo, M Foods is the collaboration of several well-established food brands that have been serving the vibrant city of Austin, Texas for many years. The company brings together a variety of food trucks located in some of the most iconic food parks, while also participating in the city most recognized events, such as ACL, F1, Two Steps, Besame Mucho, MotoGP, Trail of Lights, and many more. Over the years, M Foods has become a leader in catering and corporate hospitality, providing exceptional culinary experiences for all types of events.
